- When will I receive my DVD after I order? |
The DVD will ship within 3 business days of the approved transaction. Canada Post will deliver all DVD's in a timely manner, usually within another 2-3 business days. |

- When will I receive my 3D Model after I order? |
We will E-Mail the download instructions and password to you within 3 business days, usually within the day. |

- Is there shipping on the 3D Models? |
No, but a fee of 1 penny is set to all Digital Downloads to allow for proper transaction records to be kept. |

- Why is the DVD shipping Free |
The shipping is currently free because of the great response to the video, Some younger kids have made requests to waive the shipping. After some careful calculations we are happy to ship small orders (1-5) for free around the globe. |

- Can I Pay without a Credit Card? |
The PAYPAL option is purely for convenience, Feel free to shoot us an email and request the video in any way that suits you. Or check back for our growing list of suppliers and find a distributor shop near you. |

- What stores can I buy your DVD from? |
The first to get the DVD are Surf Paradise stores in Canada. |

- Why isn't there a phone number or address on the Muskoka Ramp website? |

- Do I need a PAYPAL account to order? |
No, you do not need to have a PAYPAL account. Just a Credit Card. Although PAYPAL users have other options to pay. (Bank transfer, Pay from PAYPAL) |

- Do you still sell halfpipes? |
We will consider halfpipe projects that fall within 200 Km of the Town of Huntsville Ontario. If you are unsure of your distance, please go to www.Mapquest.com and plan a trip from Huntsville, Ontario. Canada to your house and see if you are in a safe distance. For larger projects that involve full modular skate setups or larger halfpipes we will consider expanding our range, provided costs are covered. We are also in the process of finding support contractors abroad to help fulfill the needs of our distant customers.

- Do you still sell Boxes, rails and Kickers? |
No. Unfortunately it has become too hard to maintain an adequate stock of these items. We have plans to release a project dealing with the planning and construction of rails, boxes and kickers. Please stay tuned. |

- Will you sponsor me? |
We are currently forming a brand new skateboard support team for Muskoka. If you are a skater and live in the Muskoka area, feel free to contact us or find us at the Park and show us your stuff. |

- How do I access the PDF's on the DVD? |
The .PDF documents have to be accessed from the DVD with your Computer. Place the DVD in the computer's DVD drive and click on the drive's icon. (Inside "My Computer" on PC's) You will find the .PDF documents in a folder named "DATA" in the root of the DVD. |

- Can I order the DVD or Blueprints separately? |
Sure, If your are on a super tight budget, we offer both for sale on their own. |

- Is building a halfpipe easy? |
No, but with the DVD set it is fool-proof. We have laid out every step you need to know from ordering materials to driving the last screw. We even throw in 5 lessons to get you started. (Very basic lessons, nonetheless.) |

- What tools will I need to build a halfpipe? |
Hammer, Measuring Tape, Chalk Line, L Square, Level, Drill, Utility Knife, Pliers, Jig Saw, Skill Saw, Radial Arm Saw, Metal Files, Pencils, Assorted drill bits. (A detailed explanation of tools and their uses is included in the DVD set.) |
